Edible items and personalized items are not eligible for a refund - if there is an issue with your product or the condition it has arrived in, please contact Customer support on yasmin@thegiftologyco.com or call us on 055 566 5210
For all other products, please contact the same number and we will arrange a refund within 7 days. For 7 - 14 days, we can issue a credit note. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, and unopened / unused.
